SIKMA KÖFTE TARİFİ Malzemeler; Hamur için; 3 su bardağı bulgur 2 çay kaşığı tuz Aldığı kadar su Sos için; 2 tane kuru soğan 5-6 tane sivri biber 2-3 tane domates 1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ 1 çay kaşığı tuz Yarım çay kaşığı karabiber Yarım çay kaşığı kırmızı biber 1 tatlı kaşığı nane 3-4 dal maydanoz Salça veya domates Yapılışı; Bulguru tuzla karıştırıp azar azar su ilavesiyle hamur yapın. Fındık büyüklüğünde toplar yapıp avucunuzun içinde yuvarlayıp hafif bastırın. Bu köfteleri yaparken de bir kenarda sos malzemesi için soğanı doğrayıp yağda hafif öldürün. İçine doğranmış biberi de ekleyip iyice kavurun. Kavrulunca içine doğranmış domatesleri de koyup suyunu çekene kadar pişirin. Suyunu çekince tuz ve baharatlarını ekleyip altını kapatın. Büyükçe bir tencerede 3,4 litre tuzlu suyu kaynatın. İçine köfteleri koyup haşlayın. Haşlanınca suyunu süzüp kavrulmuş sosun bulunduğu tencereye koyun. Tencerenin altını açıp 5 dakika kadar kısık ateşte köftelerle sosu kavurun. Servis tabağına alıp dilerseniz maydanozla süsleyin.
