Ardına patlıcanları temizleyip şerit şeklinde yanlarından soyulur. Bütün patlıcanları küçük küp küp doğrayıp derin bir kapta tuzlu suya alınır. Patlıcanlar orada beklerken biberleri yıkayıp içindeki çekirdekler çıkartılarak onlar da patlıcanı doğradığınız büyüklükte doğranarak bir kenara alınır. Kızartma tencerenize sıvı yağ doldurarak onun kızması beklenir. Kızan yağa biberler atılarak kızarmaya bırakılır. O sırada domatesleri yıkayıp küp küp doğranır oda derin bir kaba alınarak kenara alınır. Biberler pişene kadar hepsi kızartılır ve havlu peçete üzerine alınarak yağının çekmesini sağlayın. Soğanları soyarak küp küp doğrayıp derin bir tencereye alınarak kavrulur. Pembeleşen soğana önce domates ve biber salçası eklenerek kokusu çıkana kadar pişirilir. Patlıcan işlemimiz kaldı sadece patlıcanlarda süzülerek onlarda kızartılır ve havlu peçete üzerine alınır. İşlem sonu fırın tepsisine önce patlıcanlar serilir, daha sonra biberler ardına sosu eşit paylaştırılır. 180 derece fırında üzeri kızarana kadar pişirilir aman yakmayın gözünüz fırında olsun.
