Kayısılı Kavurma tarifi malzemeler; 500 g kuzu kuşbaşı et 2 soğan 1 chili biberi 3 sivri biber 3 domates 3 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ Tuz Karabiber 10 kuru kayısı 1 çay kaşığı tarçın Patates püresi için: 500 g patates 1 tatlı kaşığı rendelenmiş ceviz 1 yemek kaşığı tereyağı 1 çay kaşığı tuz Kayısılı Kavurma Nasıl Yapılır? Soğanı ve biberleri ince şekilde doğrayın. Kabuğunu soyduğunuz domatesleri de rendeleyin. Sıvı yağı tencerede kızdırılıp, eti ve kuru soğanı ekleyin. Kısık ateşte, arada bir karıştırarak 10 dakika boyunca kavurun. Doğranmış sivri biberleri, rendelenmiş domatesi, kuru kayısıları, tarçın çubuğunu, tuzu ve karabiberi ekleyin. Önce yüksek ateşte 5 dakika pişirin. Daha sonra ateşi kısın. Domatesleri suyunu çekene kadar pişirin. En son zar şeklinde doğranmış chili (şili) biber ekleyin. Karıştırıp tencerenin kapağını kapatın ve ocaktan alın. Patatesi haşlayın, kabuğunu soyup rendelenmiş muskat cevizi, tereyağı ve tuzu ekleyin. Püre haline getirin. Patates püresini servis tabağına yayın. Üzerine pişirdiğiniz kayısılı eti yerleştirip sıcak servis yapın. Afiyet Olsun.
