SULU KÖFTE TARİFİ

TARİFİ
Geniş bir kaseye Soğan rendelenir,maydanoz ince kıyılarak eklenir. Kıyma, pirinç ,bulgur,tuz ve karabiber ilave edilerek yoğurulur.Fındık büyüklüğünde köfteler yuvarlanır. Bir tepsi nin tabanı unlanır,hazırladığımız köfteler tepsiye dizilir. Kalan un köftelerin üstlerine serpilir. Tepsiyi sallayarak köftelerin her tarafının unlanması sağlanır. Bir tencereye sıvı yağı alarak, ince doğradığımız soğan eklenir. Soğan kavrulunca rendelediğimiz domates ilave edilerek pişirilir. Salça, tuz ve karabiber eklenir. 1 litre kaynar su ve küçük doğradığımız havuçlar ilave edilerek kapağı olarak 10 dk. pişirilir.Küçük doğradığımız patates ve köfteler ilave edilerek 30 dk.kısık ateşte pişmeye bırakılır.
Pişen sulu köfte sıcak servis yapılır. Afiyet olsun.
