Kayısılı ekmeğinin tarifini verelim;
Malzemeler: 2 yemek kaşığı margarin 1 su bardağı sıcak su 2 tatlı kaşığı kuru tozmaya 1 tatlı kaşığı seker 1,5 tatlı kaşığı tuz 3,5 bardak kadar ekmek unu 10 adet kuru kayısı Hazırlanışı: İlk olarak bir kaptaki suyun içine mayayı ekleyelim. Şekeri de ilave edip iki dakika kadar kabarmaya bırakın. İçine margarini koyup yavaş yavaş un ekleyerek yoğurun. Hafif unlu bir tezgahta 5-10 dakika pürüzsüz oluncaya kadar yoğurmaya devam ettirin. Ne kadar fazla yoğurursanız daha çok ekmeğe benzer, güzel olur. Daha sonra içine doğranmış kayısı da ekleyip biraz daha yoğurun. Top sekli verip 1 saat kadar kabarmaya bırakın. Uzun kek kalıbına koyup, önceden ısıtılmış fırında 45 dakika pişirmeye bırakın. kayısı ları, taze soğanı, maydanozu ve naneyi çok ince kıyın. Tavanın içinde tereyağıyla kuşbaşı doğranmış etleri kavurmaya başlayın. İçine ezilmiş sarımsakları ekleyip karıştırın. Sarımsakların kokusu gidince tavanın içine
kayısı ları ve yeşillikleri alıp kavurmaya devam edin. Yaklaşık 10 dakika kavurup ocaktan alıp soğutun. Yemeğimiz hazır, üzerine limon ilave edip servis edebilirsiniz.
