Süt ve taze zerdeçal ile yapılan bu içecek, zerdeçal içerisindeki kurkumin bileşeni sayesinde hücrelerin yenilenmesine yardımcı olur. Ciltte oluşan akne ve lekelerin azalmasına yardımcı oluyor. Vücutta oluşan serbest radikalleri atıyor ve temizliyor. Zerdeçal özellikle spordan sonra vücudunuzu onarabilecek antioksidan içeriğine sahiptir. Zerdeçalın içeriğindeki bileşenler kasları rahatlatır. Bu nedenle spor sonrası zerdeçallı sütü tercih edebilirsiniz. Sebze yemeklerinize, çorbalarınıza mutlaka bir tutam zerdeçal ekleyin. Laktoz intoleransınız varsa sütünüzü laktozsuz almayı, herhangi bir alerjiniz var ise mutlaka uzmana danışmayı unutmayın.

Malzemeler: 1 su bardağı süt 1 parça taze zerdeçal Yarım çay kaşığı taze çekilmiş karabiber 1 çay kaşığı bal (isteğe bağlı) Tarif: 1 parça zerdeçalı rendenin en küçük tarafıyla rendeleyin. Yaklaşık 1 tatlı kaşığı yeterli olacaktır. Ardından büyük bir cezveye 1 su bardağı sütü alın. Üzerine rendelediğiniz taze zerdeçalı ekleyin ve kısık ateşte karıştırarak kaynatın. Kaynama noktasına gelince 1-2 dakika daha tutup ocaktan alın. Sütün içine yarım çay kaşığı taze çekilmiş karabiber ekleyin. Arzu edenler süt iyice ılıdığında 1 çay kaşığı balla tatlandırıp tüketebilir.
