Reflü doğrudan günlük yaşamı etkileyen bir rahatsızlıktır. Siz değerli okuyucularımız için gastroözofajial yani asit reflüsü hakkında merak edilenleri derledik. Gastroözofajial reflü hastalığı, mide asidinin yemek borusuna geri kaçtığı kronik bir hastalıktır. Asit reflüsü olarak da bilinir. Hastalarda göğüste yanma, ağza acı ve ekşi bir su gelmesi gibi şikayetlerin yanı sıra bazı hastalarda ses kısıklığı, ağrılı yutkunma, geğirti, hıçkırık, göğüste ağrı, öksürük bulantı ve kusma gibi şikayetlere de yol açarak yaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkiler.
Önerilmeyen Besinler Nelerdir? Gastroözofageal ( Asitli) reflü semptomlarını azaltmak veya yok etmek için, aşağıdaki besinleri diyetinizde sınırlayabilir yada bu maddeleri diyetinizden tamamen çıkarabilirsiniz:
Çikolata Alkollü içecekler Kafein içeren içecekler Yağ içeriği yüksek besinler: Tam yağlı süt/yoğurt, krema, tam yağlı peynir çeşitleri, kakao… Kızartma ürünleri, şarküteri ürünleri (sosis, salam vb.), Dondurulmuş ürünler Karbonhidrat içeriği yüksek hamur ve hamur işleri ve şerbetli-yağlı tatlılar Fazla yağ tüketimi Kuru baklagiller (kuru fasulye, nohut, barbunya vb.- Kişi semptomlara göre diyetinde sınırlayabilir veya beslenme planından çıkarabilir) Turşu, soğan, sarımsak, nane ve nane şekeri, sirke, et suyu ile hazırlanmış yemekler Reflü Şikayetlerini Azaltan Beslenme Önerileri Yemek sırasında tüketilen içecekler sınırlandırılmalı, daha çok öğün aralarında tüketilmelidir. Alkol kullanımından kaçınılmalı veya sınırlandırılmalıdır. Besinler bütün olarak yutulmamalı, ağızda iyice çiğnenmelidir. Limon, portakal, greyfurt gibi meyve ve bunların hazır ya da taze sıkılmış suları tüketilmemelidir. Reflü hastaları sakız çiğnemekten kaçınmalıdır. Uyumadan en az 2-3 saat önce su dışında herhangi bir besin veya içecek tüketilmemelidir. Özellikle baharatlı gıdalar, kızartmalar, yağlı ve salçalı yemekler, çikolata, karbonatlı içecekler, domates suyu, kahve ve çay sınırlandırılmalıdır. Sigara kullanılmamalıdır.
