YAPILIŞI
Öncelikle patlıcanları közmatikte közlüyoruz. Pişen patlıcanları borcamın içerisine ekliyoruz. Kapağı kapatıp 10 dakika terletme işlemi uyguluyoruz. 10 dakika sonra patlıcanları soyuyoruz ve küp küp doğruyoruz. Etimizi ocağa alıyoruz suyu çıkana kadar kavuruyoruz. Üzerine tereyağı ekliyoruz. Suyu çektikten sonra ince ince doğradığımız soğanı ekliyoruz 3-4 dakika sonra ince ince doğradığımız biberleri ekliyoruz. 3-4 dakika sonra 1 yemek kaşığı domates salçasını ekliyoruz 2-3 dakika kavurup. İnce ince doğradığımız domatesleri ekliyoruz. Karabiber, toz biber ve tuzunu ekliyoruz. En son 1 çay bardağı su ekleyip karıştırıp ağzını kapatıp 5-10 dakika pişiriyoruz. Güveç yada tepsinin en alt kısmına tereyağı ekliyoruz. Üzerine doğradığımız patlıcanları ekliyoruz. Üzerine pişen etleri ekliyoruz. 180 derecelik fırında 10-15 dakika pişiriyoruz. İsteğe bağlı ocakta erittigimiz tereyağını yemeğin üzerinde gezdiriyoruz. Herkese afiyet olsun.
